Founder & Executive Coach
Dr. Bayley has worked with numerous clinicians on career optimization and well-being, and his firm serves as a referral resource for multiple state medical boards, physician health programs, and healthcare organizations.
He completed his undergraduate study at Harvard and medical school at Vanderbilt, an emergency medicine residency at Columbia and Cornell Universities, and an EMS fellowship with the New York Fire Department. Beyond his coaching practice, he continues to practice emergency medicine, directs 911 EMS systems, and holds an associate adjunct position at Duke University Medical Center teaching physician well-being and career design.
